Iastra Developments offers a a Broker / Agency License that includes a personal website and listing in our Agency Database along with all the forms, applications and support people to help you find funding for your various clients and projects both Domestically and Internationally.

The cost of our "Agency Package", including website, compensation plan and documentation to complete any transaction is $217.95, this is a one time fee to cover the cost of technical service and for the cost of documents, once you have purchased our Agency Package you will also receive payments from other Brokers who you refer to us. as follows.

Loan Broker and Underwriting Commissions

      her / his efforts for all 1st Level sales ongoing in perpetuity.

      his efforts for all 2nd Level sales ongoing in perpetuity.

.....-1% of total commission on all Completed Underwriting Contracts generated by her / 
      his efforts for all 3rd Level sales ongoing in perpetuity.

.....-0.5% of total commission on all Completed Underwriting Contracts generated by
      her / his efforts for all 4th Level sales ongoing in perpetuity.

.....-0.5% of total commission on all Completed Underwriting Contracts generated by
      her / his efforts for all 5th Level sales ongoing in perpetuity.

meaning you'll get paid on all of the sales made by Agents you sign up to the Iastra Agency Package, and that could be a lot of money if you have many brokers who work for you. 


Executive Agency Fee for signing other Agents
.....-$75.00 "Agency Fee" for every 1st Level New Brokers Signed by Executive.
.....-$15.00 "Agency Fee" for all 2nd Level New Brokers Signed by that Executive.
.....-$10.00 "Agency Fee" for all 3rd level New Agent Signed by that Executive.
.....-$8.00 "Agency Fee" for all 4th level New Agent Signed by that Executive.
.....-$5.00 "Agency Fee" for all 5th level New Agent Signed by that Executive.

This payment structure will compliment your existing payments for lending and referrals, the fundings we process and complete on your behalf will be paid according to the guidelines set by the various lenders we are contracted to and of course the size of the fundings and also the program which accepts the projects or ventures you submit to us.

The associated funding fees will be discussed in advance with both you and your clients prior to the closing of Project Funding and Contract Signing.
